This is the original 1945 pledge paddle from the Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity at Lincoln University, Pennsylvania. Measuring 24" long this paddle has the following names of the Pledge Club or Committee on the back – Rufus A. Atkins Jr.; Chester N. Gibbs; Clifford H. Lacey; Timothy Lilly; Wm. H. Love; J. B. Singleton, III; James A. Ward and Wylie Halliday Whisonant, Jr. The paddle is dated 5/8/45 |
